Apple computers that is. I love mine, except when it breaks. The case on my computer broke and was eventually going to crack my screen so I needed to get it fixed asap. I went to one apple store and they said they would not cover it. So I cried, at the apple store. I don’t really know what came over me, maybe it was the fact the tech told me it would cost $1,200 to fix. The tears just came, and it obviously made the tech uncomfortable. I left that apple store, and then went home and thought about what I was going to do. I decided to just go and try another store, see what they had to say. Turns out, another store, another teach, agreed with me and covered it. Go team! So now I am using my old laptop which sucks, a lot, until my baby comes back, hopefully early next week. I am shooting towels right now, and I can’t see my files in bridge or photoshop because they are raw, and I’m using an old version of programs. Its really annoying. So this week may be little or no posts because I can’t process my images. I just thought I would give you guys a heads up, if anyone actually reads what I write. Ha!

glad to hear your persistence paid off. when I got my first apple laptop the hard drive died 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty.
p.s. i enjoy browsing your photography
tech troubles bug the crap out of me. but at leat you found another apple store to take care of you! I bought my first Mac in June and I love it but I get scared everyday that something is going to happen to it. God forbid
I read what you write! I’m also an Apple convert and couldn’t live without mine. If it weren’t for my crazy IT department at my “day job” I would be cleansed of all computers non-Apple…
I recently discovered your blog and really enjoy reading it. Not to mention you take lovely photos! Good luck with your Mac.
Hope your mac was fixed by now… it’s hard finding good mac tech support where I live, so I know how you feel. Good luck!
