foodlibrarian February 17, 2009 at 7:10 PM: How did you get your cat to do this? I tried years ago and my kitty wouldn’t have anything to do with it! (Now that she’s 13 years old, she would just laugh at me if I tried this…)
Teri Lyn Fisher February 17, 2009 at 7:22 PM: Well hes actually 12. But I have another cat that is 4 or so and keeps him in shape. He just wants to go outside all the time, but he came de-clawed so I would never just let him roam about. We have been on walks about 4 times now, and at first he just kinda rolled around on the ground. Now I bring treats, call his name, walk ahead of him, and feed him when he follows me and its been working out pretty well. I can’t take him on busy loud streets because noises freak him out. You should try it. He loves it.
